What IS the Well Stretched Life?

The WSL is a hybrid system that combines learning and performing with an online course and accountability coaching to achieve greater flexibility, mobility, core strength, and mental resiliency so women can enjoy an active and abundant life at every age and stage.

Scripture and science are integrated into three Training Pillars for a holistic fitness solution. During the self-paced course, you will implement over 100 fundamental stretches and functional movements and have the knowledge and skills to build your own sessions at completion.

Our step-by-step system sets you up to progress safely and confidently for sustainable success.
What it is NOT.

The WSL is not a nutrition or weight loss program, although you will increase your metabolism and fat-burning engines with the daily movements.

You won’t find boot-camp style or heart-pounding workouts in this course, although cardio components are important for your overall health plan.

It also isn’t a good choice if you’re not open to exploring your faith with Christian principles. We welcome women with different spiritual backgrounds who are curious and seek a greater understanding of Biblical promises, along with Believers who strive for a deeper connection with Christ.
We help you integrate fundamental stretching, functional strengthening, and foundational scriptures into your daily rhythm to develop a lifestyle of Body & Soul wellness.
Who is it for?
The Well Stretched Life is designed for midlife women who often neglect their own wellness and struggle with body tightness, nagging injuries, and never enough time to stretch or exercise. If you want to stay active and fit to do more of what you love, the WSL is for you!
Whether you’re brand new to ‘exercise,’ restarting your fitness journey, or desiring to escalate your current level, you’ll find solutions inside the program.

Who am I?
Hi! I’m Barbi Burris, a certified fitness coach, Jesus-follower, and grateful Mama who does her best to love and serve well while staying healthy and having fun.
Menopause made all of that much harder, so I set out to find a new way to navigate the seasons of change. I discovered that there weren’t many options that aligned with my opinions, so I decided to do it my way…ok, God’s way, and that’s what I’m sharing with YOU.
I applied my mixed bag of experience as a Preacher’s daughter, gymnast, flight attendant, and exercise science major to create Full Well Fitness LLC. I began serving women who were struggling with the same midlife obstacles before creating The Well Stretched Life. I wanted to help them build a strong foundation of movement to safely progress and fundamental fitness principles to incorporate into their lifestyle.

How does it work?
We use the scientific evidence of behavior change with the spiritual element of God’s power to acquire new habits of wholeness that transform your well-being.
By following the same pattern each week, you develop a natural rhythm of nourishing your soul with foundational themes from Scripture and moving your body with fundamental movements that promote flexibility, mobility, and strength.
*After making the wise decision to join the WSL, you have immediate access to the online course and Voxer upgrades.
*After I walk you through a few essential 'tech tasks,' the Welcome Aboard section eases you into eight Modules of the main content.
*Each Module follows a Monday-Friday schedule, with Learning Lessons and Training Sessions throughout the week. {Plan to spend 15-30 minutes daily for your learning and doing tasks.}
*The WSL is self-paced but can be completed in as little as three months. If you want to take it a little slower, or life happens and you need to take a break, no problem! You have lifetime access to the online portion of the course, so there is no failing or falling behind in my book!
